Rafael Akopov

Rafael Akopov was appointed as the President of “Profmedia” in January 2012. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors since February 2011 till January 2012. Since July 2008 - December 2010 he was the President of ProfMedia. In 2004-2008 he served as CEO of the Company. In October 2007 - March 2008 Mr. Akopov acted as Chairman of the Board of Prof-Media and CEO of KM Invest fund simultaneously. He has been a board member at Interros holding company since 2003. He also acted as the deputy CEO of Interros in 2003-2004. He held the position of deputy CEO at NTV television channel and was a Board of Director member at Gazprom Media in 2001-2003. He has also worked at the Sputnik group of companies and Renaissance Capital. He graduated from the Law Department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, holds an Ph.D. in Law and an LLM degree from the University of Dundee, Scotland.
Olga Paskina

Olga Paskina serves as the Executive Vice-President. Since March 2008 - June 2011 she was the Vice-President for Legal and Corporate Development for ProfMedia. In 2002-2008 acted at SunInBev as a Legal Director and Personnel Director at different times. While working for SunInBev she carried out several M&A projects and completed corporate assets restructurization of the company in Russia. She also contributed to effectiveness of business. She obtained a degree in Law from Volgograd State University, after that she received her second degree in Economics from Volgograd Polytechnical University. In 2007 she completed Executive management programme at Wharton University of Pennsylvania in partnership with Insead Business school.

Ekaterina Osadchaya
Director for Public Relations

Ekaterina has been the Director for public relations since September 2010. In 2009-2010 she held the position of Director for Public Relations at CTC Media. In 2006-2009 Ekaterina was a press-secretary at VimpelCom. Earlier she was a journalist at Publishing group ComNews and worked for press relations service at the Russian Post.
She graduated from Russian State Academy of Physical Education, Faculty of Public Relations.
