The IFC (International Financial Corporation)

The IFC International  Financial Corporation stimulates the steady inflow of investments into the private sector of the developing markets with the aim of improving the living standards of the people.  IFC is a member of the Group of organizations of the World Bank with its chief office located in Washington.
IFC was set up in 1956 and it is now  one of the country’s largest and diversified establishments which provides credits and share-holding financing  for private sector projects through direct financing, assistance to private companies in attracting financing from  international  financial markets, consulting and technical assistance.
 

The “TRITE” studio

“TRITE”  is a creative and production association set up by Nikita Mikhalkov, the well-known Russian film director and his colleagues in 1987. “TRITE” is an abbreviation of the three Russian words : creation, comradeship, labour. The “TRITE” studio is an active film producing organization. It has released Mikhalkov’s latest films,  including the film “Urgha” which the Golden Lion  prize at the Venice film festival and “Fatigued by the Sun” which won the Cannes festival Grand Prix and an Oscar award. “TRITE” can  serve as an illustration of successful co-operation between creative personalities not only in the sphere of films, but also in publishing projects.  The studio publishes the historical almanac “Russian Archives” which carries unique archive  materials ,works by Russian philosophers and also publishes the magazine “Svoy”.
