TV3 Network
The TV3 television network began to work in Moscow and St. Petersburg in 1998. Today, the channel broadcasts in 536 Russia’s cities and towns. TV3 owns 33 stations, and the cumulative reach amounted to 88 % of Russia in 2008 for an audience between 18 and 54 years of age.
2x2 TV channel
At the beginning of 2006 ProfMedia acquired 2x2 TV channel, a free-to-air broadcaster in Moscow, the Moscow region and St. Petersburg. From 2008 2x2 broadcasts throughout Russia.
MTV Russia
MTV Russia TV channel started broadcasting in 1998.
VH1 Russia
VH1 is one of the world"s most popular musical television brands and is oriented at those who have grown up from "MTV Generation".
PM Business Solutions
ProfMedia Business Solutions (PMBS) was established in December, 2007. PMBS is a service company that runs all back-office workflow for ProfMedia"s TV broadcasters: TV3, MTV Russia, VH1 Russia and 2x2 TV channels.
ProfMedia Broadcasting Corporation (VKPM)
ProfMedia Broadcasting Corporation (VKPM) was founded in 2003 in order to improve efficiency of the ProfMedia -owned radio business asset management. Now VKPM runs four radio stations (Autoradio, Energy, Humor FM, and Radio Alla), develops Internet broadcasting on the basis of the 101.ru website, and builds its branch network in Russia’s largest cities.
Cinema Park
The Cinema Park Movie Theater Chain was founded in 2002. Now Cinema Park operates 16 movie theaters (133 screens with 24,125 seats) in twelve largest cities of Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Naberezhniye Chelny, Perm, Novosibirsk, Ufa, Volgograd, Nizhny Novgorod, Ekaterinburg and Vologda. Saratov, Belgorod and Rostov-on-Don will join the chain soon.
Central Partnership
The Central Partnership motion picture company was founded in 1996. It includes the Central Partnership studio, the distributor of the film and television rights named Central Partnership Sales House, and the VIDEO24.RU website. Central Partnership owns one of Russia’s largest libraries of rights comprising more than 1,400 feature films and 3,200 hours of TV series products. Since January 2009, it has been the official distributor of the products released by the Paramount Pictures International in Russia and the CIS countries (except Ukraine).
Afisha Company
The Afisha Company publishes such magazines as Afisha, Afisha-Mir, Afisha-Eda, Bolshoy Gorod, and Afisha guides. It owns such websites as Afisha and Nightparty.ru, and also the Studio of Afisha. Annually the company holds the Afisha Picnic summer music festival.

Rambler Media is a leading internet-based diversified media entertainment, services and content delivery company. It targets the global Russian-speaking Internet community.
