ProfMedia Business Solutions (PMBS) was created as part of the ProfMedia group of companies at the end of 2007. PMBS is a service company that took on all business functions of the holdings' television channels – TV3, MTV Russia, and 2x2. In addition to standard services (finance, HR, IT, legal, and administrative), PMBS also works on functions specific to television – advertising sales, distributing television programmes, and technical provision of broadcast in Russia and neighbouring countries. In taking on all business functions of the television channels, PMBS achieved a synergistic effect, allowing the holding's television channels to concentrate on creative activities – programming, production, and marketing.
