The ProfMedia holding has made the decision to consolidate its Internet assets and develop a unified digital platform
Holding constituents Rambler Media and Afisha will be united within the framework of a single structure. The company will be built on the base of Rambler.
The General Director of the joined company will be Nikolay Molibog, who previously held the post of General Director at Afisha. Dmitry Stepanov and Yekaterina Kruglova, until recently deputy general directors at Afisha, will take on the positions of Products Director and Managing Director, respectively.

July 20, 2010 ProfMedia Finance closed the books for the debut ruble bond issue.
The issue is guaranteed by the parent company ProfMedia Limited. Nominal value of the issued bonds is RUB 3bln, maturity is 5 years (put option in 3 years). Semiannual coupon was set at 10.5% pa till put. Standard&Poor’s assigned a preliminary rating B+ to this issue.

Rambler Now Speaks Six Languages
Internet-portal Rambler in collaboration with Paragon Software, Russian PC and mobile phone software developers, launched a joint project Dictionaries)(http://dict.rambler.ru), specially created on the basis of the on-line version of MultiLex electronic dictionary. The solution from Paragon Software, which allowed to put together six languages at once (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Uzbek), replaced the earlier version of Rambler’s on-line dictionary and considerable expanded the functions provided by this service.

(NYSE: VIA, VIA.B), and ProfMedia Holding Co. and its subsidiary, Energia TV, today announced a multi-year agreement that will grant Energia TV the exclusive rights to continue broadcasting a free-to-air, localised MTV service in the Russian Federation.
