Central Partnership Receives Three Blockbuster Awards

The award is issued for the most successful films distributed in Russia based on the results of DVD sales.

In 2008, the Central Partnership released the European box office hit Asterix at Olympic Games, a box office hit in the limited movie release – My Blueberry Nights by Wong Kar-Wai (released under the CP Classic brand) and the most top-grossing Asian film Dragon Wars by Hyung Rae Shim. Other than that, the TV series named Apostle by the Central Partnership became one of the video hits of the year.

The ceremony of the twelfth professional yearly Blockbuster award in the movie and video business took place in Moscow on February 2, 2009.
