ProfMedia group acting through its holding company PM Invest Company Limited (“ProfMedia”) announces the acquisition of 2,006,522 shares of Rambler Media Limited (“Rambler”) from ING Bank N.V., London Branch (“ING”). ProfMedia now holds 13,554,758 shares in Rambler, or 88.03% of the issued share capital of Rambler. The shares were acquired at a price of USD 6.00 per share, for a total value of USD 12,039,132.

Rambler Media Limited (RMG.LN) today announces that an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) will be held at First Island House, Peter Street, St Helier, Jersey JE4 8SG, on Monday 21 December 2009 at 10.00 a.m. to seek approval from Shareholders of the Company for the cancellation of admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each to trading on AIM (the “De-Listing”) following a request received from PM Invest.

Central Partnership has signed a deal with the leading Russian law firm Olevinsky, Buyukyan, and Partners, on protecting library rights online. On the basis of this agreement, from today the law firm will be authorized to monitor illegal distribution of content belonging to Central Partnership, and to use all relevant Russian legislation to bring about its deletion and to protect the movie company’s rights.

Rambler announces its intention to appoint Mrs. Olga Turischeva as Rambler’s new Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”). Mrs. Turischeva has accepted to take on this role and it is expected that she will become Rambler’s new CEO upon completion of customary administrative procedures. Mrs. Turischeva will also become an Executive Director on Rambler’s Board. The Company expects to finalize Olga’s appointment as CEO and Executive Director during April, at which time a further announcement will be made.

March 12 saw the premier in St. Petersburg, and from March 14 the film will be accessible to audiences in Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Naberezhniye Chelny, Novosibirsk, Ufa, Volgograd, Perm, and Nizhny Novgorod. The film will launch in Moscow cinemas on March 18.

There have been purchased rights to 18 films, including Progulka po eshafotu (Walk Along the Scaffolding), Vospitaniye zhestokosti u zhenshchin I sobak (An education in cruelty of women and dogs), Lichnaya zhizn korolevy (The Queen’s Private Life), and Lyubit po-russki 1-3 (Love Russian Style 1-3).

The channel’s aim is to attract a 30+ audience. It will feature 100% music, with no breaks, and the basic format will be hits of the 1980s and 90s. The music videos that make up VH1 Russia’s broadcasts are time-tested, and retain their attractiveness and relevance.

Rambler Media today announces the following changes to its Board of Directors. Mark Opzoomer, Rambler’s Chief Executive Officer, has decided to step down as CEO and Board Director with effect from February 28th , 2009, in order to pursue other business and personal interests in London where he will be permanently based. Mr. Opzoomer has served as CEO of Rambler since March 2007, and as a Board Director since 2005. The appointment of a new CEO will be announced shortly.

Rambler Media today announces the launch of MyRambler, www.myrambler.ru, a new site that enables users to customize their personal internet homepage according to their own interests and preferences.

The award is issued for the most successful films distributed in Russia based on the results of DVD sales.

Beginning in early February, every Thursday the Cinema Park website (www.cinemapark.ru) will start publishing the numbers provided by all movie theaters of the chain about the number of copies, showtimes, number of spectators and box office data for each film. The special software named Girus Soft allows to obtain such data from all over the country in real time.
